Coinpanion Crypto Services Sp. z o.o. (“Altify EU”) is a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP). Altify EU is a private company incorporated in the Republic of Poland. Altify EU is registered as a VASP in Poland and appears on the Polish VASP register bearing KRS Number 0001030633 and NIP Number 7252330350. Altify EU is registered to provide exchange and/or intermediation services pertaining crypto assets and related means of payment. Altify EU has adopted and maintains an AML policy that reflects and is compliant with the applicable local laws and the FATF’s Risk Based Approach to AML/CFT and PF measures.
Altify SA Capital (Pty) Limited (“Altify Capital”) is an authorised financial services provider (FSP) and Crypto Asset Services Provider (CASP) in the Republic of South Africa with registration number 52727. Altify Capital holds a non-advisory Category I and Category II licence from the FSCA in respect of a wide range of financial products including crypto assets, shares, money market instruments, bonds, warrants, certificates and derivative instruments. Altify Capital is likewise an Accountable Institution registered with the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) and maintains a comprehensive AML policy and RMCP.
Altify SA DAS (Pty) Limited (“Altify Crypto”) is an authorised Crypto Asset Services Provider (CASP) with registration number 53289. Altify Crypto holds a non-advisory Category I and Category II licence from the FSCA in respect of crypto assets. More information is available directly from the FSCA here. Altify Crypto is likewise an Accountable Institution registered with the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) bearing registration number 54051 and maintains a comprehensive AML policy and RMCP.
Revix International Limited (“Altify International”) is a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP). Altify International is an International Business Corporation incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles. Altify International provides exchange and/or intermediation services pertaining to crypto assets. Altify International is not a regulated VASP in the Republic of Seychelles and is not subject to the regulatory oversight and supervision of the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). Altify International has adopted and maintains an AML policy that reflects and is compliant with the applicable local laws and the FATF’s Risk Based Approach to AML/CFT and PF measures.

Please note that your Altify account is not protected by a financial services compensation scheme and your cryptocurrency holdings may experience price volatility resulting in a high degree of risk which can lead to the loss of your invested capital.

We Show Hypothetical Returns
The historical back-tested performance of the Bundles were calculated by retroactively applying our Bundle Methodology (a financial model, or set of rules for calculating Bundle constituents and weightings) to a historical set of data in order to derive hypothetical Bundle performance data. This performance history is not the performance of any actual account, but rather the result of applying a set of mathematical rules to a set of historical data in order to arrive at the hypothetical results of how the Bundle would have performed if it had, in fact, been in existence during the historical period. Actual returns from live portfolios will differ materially from the back-tested, hypothetical Bundle returns. Hypothetical returns do not reflect the broad set of risks of using a particular investment strategy over a different time period or the financial risk of executing trades in a live situation which include slippage and other trade related factors that could cause our model’s trade prices to differ from the theoretical trades of the back-tested model. As the back-tested returns simulate the historical hypothetical performance of a Bundle, hypothetical investment fees associated with investing in the Bundle have not been included in the historical performance. Although the information on this Website provides an informative idea of the historic risks involved in investing in a Bundle, past hypothetical performance is not a guarantee of future returns. Past performance cannot predict how any investment strategy will perform in the future. Legal Finance Token (ALFI) Promotional Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Altify’s fee-free Legal Finance Token (ALFI) promotion (“Promotion”). By using this Promotion or otherwise participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Promotion is exclusive for customers who purchase, and are allocated the Legal Finance Token (ALFI) during the promotional period.
2. The promotion covers the annual management fee for a period of three months after the allocation of the Legal Finance Token (ALFI), which is charged pro rata on a quarterly basis upon the distribution of interest for the Legal Finance Token (ALFI).
3. The redemption of Legal Finance Token (ALFI) during the three month fee-free period will incur the standard fee applicable to your account.
4. This Promotion commences at 10:00 SAST on the 7th of November 2024 and concludes at 23:59 on the 21st of November 2024. All requirements of these Terms must be met within that timeframe to qualify.
5. If you are an existing Altify customer, you must log in to your account, make a deposit, convert it to USDT, and purchase Legal Finance Token (ALFI) with (USD Tether [USDT] within the promotion timeframe to take advantage of this Promotion.
6. This promotion does not apply to residents of the European Union or United Kingdom.If you are not currently an Altify customer, you will need to sign up via our website or the Altify app, verify your identity and submit all the documentation required. Verifications can take up to 48 hours to be processed, so it is important to verify your account as soon as possible to ensure your account will be active during this Promotion.
7. Once your identity is successfully verified, you will get an email from us letting you know that your verification is complete, and that your account is active. If there is any missing or incorrect documentation, your account may take longer to verify. If this is the case, one of our support staff will be in touch with you to assist in getting your verification completed.

13. Customers participating in this Promotion will not earn rewards points for any fee-free transactions.
14. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and website disclaimers.
15. This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by South African Law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
