Regulatory Overview

Altify provides reception and transmission of digital asset and traditional securities brokerage services without offering investment advice.Altify’s products and services are available in several countries, and we’re working to expand into more each year. Some services, features or products may be unavailable in certain regions due to local regulations or other limitations. Access may also depend on eligibility, as outlined on the Altify platform and in our Terms.

Below is a breakdown of the countries and regions where Altify is regulated.

  • Altify EU DAS Sp. z o.o. (“Altify EU DAS”) is a private company incorporated in the Republic of Poland and a registered Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with license number RDWW-724. Altify EU DAS provides exchange and intermediation services pertaining to crypto assets and related means of payment. Altify EU has adopted and maintains an AML policy that reflects and is compliant with the applicable local laws and the FATF’s Risk Based Approach to AML/CFT and Travel Rule.
  • Altify SA Capital (Pty) Limited (“Altify SA Capital”) is an authorised financial services provider (FSP) and Crypto Asset Services Provider (CASP) in the Republic of South Africa with FSP license number 52727. Altify Capital holds a non-advisory Category I and Category II licence from the FSCA in respect of a wide range of financial products including crypto assets, shares, money market instruments, bonds, warrants, certificates and derivative instruments. Altify SA Capital is also a certified Third Party Payment Processor (TPPP) and a registered Accountable Institution registered with the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) and maintains a comprehensive AML policy and RMCP.
  • Altify SA DAS (Pty) Limited (“Altify SA DAS”) is an authorised Crypto Asset Services Provider (CASP) in the Republic of South Africa with FSP license number 53289. Altify SA DAS holds a non-advisory Category I and Category II licence from the FSCA in respect of crypto assets. Altify Crypto is likewise an Accountable Institution registered with the FIC and maintains a comprehensive AML policy and RMCP.
