We are delighted to share that Altify’s Chief Executive Officer, Sean Sanders, has recently been approved by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) as an authorised Key Individual in respect of crypto assets.
Consequently, one of Altify’s subsidiaries in South Africa, RVX SA Capital (Pty) Ltd - an existing Category I and II Financial Service Provider (FSP) - is now additionally authorised as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP).
These developments complement our existing Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration in the European Union and our planned future regulation in accordance with the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulatory framework, which will further solidify our standing as a fully regulated service provider throughout Europe. Attaining these milestones showcases our dedication to operating with the highest standards of compliance and regulatory oversight under multiple financial market authorities.
